Does the Almighty's saying, "Then We made the chewed lump into bones," apply to cartilaginous bones that form to become fixed bones, especially since that aligns with the forty-day hadith? And if not, what is the scholars' interpretation of this noble verse?

This stage includes the cartilaginous stage. Doctors say that the initial stages of bone formation begin in the fifth and sixth weeks, with the onset of pre-bone tissue formation, followed by the cartilaginous stage in the sixth week. This is supported by a Hadith in Sahih Muslim where the Prophet (peace be upon him) said: "When forty-two nights have passed over the drop (nutfa), Allah sends an angel to it, who shapes it and creates its hearing, sight, skin, flesh, and bones." Al-Naysaburi used the plural "bones" because of their diversity, including small and large, round and long, and hard bone and cartilage.
