What is the religious ruling on how to treat an adulterous mother whose father has passed away, given the fear of disobedience to parents and the questioner's desire for God's pleasure, and is God's pleasure linked to her pleasure despite the great difficulty in being dutiful to her?

If a mother's adultery is proven, wisdom in dealing with this situation requires three things: protecting her honor, reforming the mother's condition with wisdom and firmness, keeping this secret and not disclosing it, and remaining dutiful to her and treating her kindly, while enjoining her and deterring her from evil, for Allah Almighty says: "But if they endeavor to make you associate with Me that of which you have no knowledge, do not obey them but accompany them in [this] world with appropriate kindness."
