Is it permissible to place a permanent mark on the wife's body by heating a certain emblem and placing it on her, with her consent and for the purpose of enjoyment, not torture?

It is forbidden to brand a human being or torture him with fire, due to his dignity and because there is no need for it. The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "No one punishes with fire except the Lord of fire." The mentioned act includes permanent tattooing, which is forbidden by Sharia because it involves altering Allah's creation. A woman may adorn herself with henna and other things that do not violate Sharia.
