Is it permissible to categorize profit from YouTube in the manner mentioned in the two clips, and does that align with the text of the noble Hadith which states: "The one who points to good is like the one who does it"?

There is no text from the people of knowledge (scholars) stating that whoever guides others to maintaining kinship ties (silat al-rahim) will have "silat al-rahim" written for them and their provision increased. While the matter is conceivable, explicitly stating it requires evidence from the predecessors, for fear of error and attributing something to the Sharia that is not from it. The likeness between the doer of good and the one who guides to it does not mean equality in reward. The one who guides has a reward like the doer, but their amount of reward is not necessarily equal.
