Is reviling destiny considered disbelief, and what is the ruling on hearing reviling of destiny or the phrase "by the hell" in movies and games while disavowing it in one's heart?

Slandering divine decree may lead to disbelief if it involves belittling the Lord or attributing injustice to Him. It is forbidden and considered a major sin. As for the saying "by the right of Hell," it is forbidden. It is also forbidden to listen to someone who slanders divine decree or utters a forbidden phrase in a movie or game, because witnessing evil is forbidden. Whoever witnesses scenes of disbelief while detesting them and disapproving of them in their heart does not commit an act of disbelief but incurs sin.
