The text of the noble verse: "Then let them complete their rites, fulfill their vows, and circumambulate the Ancient House." The completion of "tafath" occurs at the first release from the state of ihram, after stoning Jamrat al-Aqaba and shaving or shortening the hair. At this point, everything becomes lawful for the pilgrim except women. As for the circumambulation mentioned in the verse, it is the Tawaf al-Ifadah, which is followed by the major release, making everything that was forbidden to the pilgrim due to ihram lawful again.
