What is the ruling on peaceful demonstrations in light of Salafi groups' weakening of the hadith of Hamza and Omar and the going forth in Safin, and what is the fatwa of Sheikh Salman Al-Ouda and Dr. Al-Qaradawi concerning this matter?

We have previously clarified the ruling on peaceful demonstrations aimed at supporting Muslims in Fatwa No. 32687. We would like to point out that Sheikh Salman Al-Ouda and Sheikh Yusuf Al-Qaradawi are not members of the Fatwa Center at IslamWeb, and each of them has a dedicated website through which they can be contacted.
