What is the ruling regarding a man who took back his wife after the second divorce and conditioned her non-return after the 'iddah (waiting period) with a triple divorce, and is his wife entitled to ask for money and a set of gold for her return?

If the wife's waiting period (iddah) expires before her husband takes her back, she becomes irrevocably divorced (ba'in), and she can only return to him with a new contract and a new dowry, with her consent. However, if the رجعة (taking back) occurs before the iddah expires, after a divorce that is less than three (i.e., one or two revocable divorces), then the wife has returned to your marital bond. Neither she nor her family has the right to refuse her return or to stipulate money. The رجعة is effected by mere pronouncement (of taking her back), and the wife's knowledge or consent is not a condition, though it is recommended to have witnesses for it. As for conditioning a triple divorce on her not returning during the iddah: if she returns during the iddah, the divorce does not occur. But if she does not return until her iddah expires, then the third divorce occurs, and she becomes irrevocably divorced with a major irrevocability (bainunah kubra), and she is not lawful for him until she marries another man willingly, and he consummates the marriage with her, and then he divorces her or dies, and her iddah from him expires.
