What is the ruling on benefiting from a paid recommendation that has been leaked and published publicly for free, knowing that it was leaked from another paid channel? And what should I do if I have already entered into this recommendation?

It is permissible to trade in digital currency if the exchange takes place in the same session and the transaction is free of শরীআ-prohibited elements. It is not permissible to leak recommendations from a channel whose owners do not permit their publication, because copyright and intellectual property rights are protected by Sharīʿah. As for benefiting from a book or a published analysis without the owner's permission, it is not forbidden, unless it aids an aggressor in continuing their aggression.
