What is the ruling on one who invalidated his ablution in the middle of the fourth circuit of the Farewell Tawaf, then performed ablution and completed the Tawaf from where he stopped?

The majority of scholars hold that purity is a condition for Tawaf (circumambulation). So, if one's purity is nullified during Tawaf, they should stop and perform wudu (ablution). Then, jurists differ on whether one should continue from where they left off or restart the Tawaf. The Shafi'is are of the opinion that one should continue their Tawaf from where they stopped, and the Hanbalis, in one narration, and Malik, in one narration from him, agreed with them. This is the more preponderant opinion because continuity is waived due to an excuse.
