Is it permissible to enter public schools to play football and turn on their lights with the the janitor's knowledge?

It is not permissible to play in the school or turn on its lights except with the permission of the responsible authority, due to the electricity consumption involved. The permission of the school guard is not considered authorization unless he is empowered to grant it.
