Is it permissible for an unveiled woman, 23 years of age, to visit graves?

There is no objection to a woman visiting graves, provided she adheres to the Shariah guidelines, such as wearing the legal hijab, not perfuming herself, ensuring her going out does not lead to neglecting an obligation, and that her visit does not involve anything forbidden. It is forbidden for her to go out displaying her adornments (mutabarrijah) to visit graves or for any other purpose. A woman who is twenty-three years old is subject to religious obligations and commanded to wear the hijab.
