If you pray with ritually impure clothes intentionally, your prayer is invalid and must be repeated. If it was due to forgetfulness or ignorance, you are not required to repeat it. It is recommended to sprinkle water on the private parts or underwear after purification (istinja') to prevent obsessive thoughts.
