Is glorifying Allah while watching immodestly dressed women on TV forbidden? If so, does this ruling extend to taking oaths, supplicating, and generally remembering Allah while looking at or speaking with an immodestly dressed woman?

The remembrance of Allah while committing a sin is forbidden because it implies disrespect for His exalted Name. An example of this is glorifying Allah (tasbeeh) while continuously gazing at a woman who is immodestly dressed, because continuously gazing at her is a sin. However, swearing an oath (halaf) while speaking with an immodestly dressed woman, and the like, does not fall under this category. It is obligatory to enjoin the immodestly dressed woman to abandon her immodest display, and to avoid speaking with her if there is no need to do so or if there is a fear of temptation (fitna). It is obligatory to avoid obsessive thoughts (waswas) and to disregard them.
