What is the interpretation of the third verse of Surat An-Nur, and is it permissible to marry a repentant fornicatress, and how can we ascertain her repentance?

The repentance of an adulteress is learned by her abandoning adultery, by her keeping away from suspicious places and from mixing or being alone with non-mahram men, especially those known for committing indecency, and also by inquiring about her, and similar means through which a person can ascertain the repentance of an adulteress.
