Is the blowing of the wind after reciting the Noble Verse: (And it is He who sends the winds as good tidings before His mercy), considered a good tiding from the Lord of the Worlds, indicating the acceptance of supplication, especially with previous dreams carrying the same meaning?

Among the greatest signs of a prayer being answered are persistence, seeking out times when prayers are answered, and praising Allah, along with the certainty that the answer will materialize in one of three ways: either Allah will hasten the supplicant’s request, or He will store it for him in the Hereafter, or He will avert from him an equivalent amount of evil. And among the signs that a prayer has been answered are: humility, weeping, goosebumps, the tranquility of the heart, and its vitality. As for winds, they are signs of impending rain, and there is no evidence that they are signs of a prayer being accepted.
