What is the remembrance (dhikr) to be recited when fearing envy (hasad)? Is it "Mā shāʾa Allāh tabāraka Allāh" (What Allah wills, blessed is Allah) or "Mā shāʾa Allāh lā ḥawla wa lā quwwata illā biLlāh" (What Allah wills, there is no might or power except with Allah)? And where can the hadith related to this be found?

It is a Sunnah for a Muslim, upon seeing something he admires in his brother or his possessions, to supplicate for him with blessings, saying: "Ma sha' Allah la quwwata illa billah" (What Allah wills [has come to pass]; there is no power except with Allah) to ward off the evil eye from him. To protect oneself from the evil eye, it is recommended to seek refuge with Allah from it, and to recite the two refuge-seeking surahs (Al-Falaq and An-Nas) after prayers.
