Is the loss of the sneezing reflex evidence that Allah has deprived a servant after he has committed one of the major sins?

Allah may punish a servant for their sins by depriving them of a blessing, as happened to the owners of the garden mentioned in Surat Al-Qalam, and as stated in the Hadith (definition): "Indeed, a man is deprived of provision because of a sin he commits."

It is not known whether what befell a person was due to this particular sin or another, but sins are a direct cause of calamities. The servant must repent to Allah, because the trials of the Hereafter are greater and more severe for those who did not repent in this world.
