What is the history of the practice of reciting the Qur’an aloud and very loudly in the mosque on Friday before the first Adhan, and what is its ruling, with evidence from the hadiths of the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, or the Holy Qur’an, or the words of the early scholars?

Scholars have differed regarding the recitation of the Quran and remembrance (dhikr) before the adhan (definition) for Fajr and Jumu'ah prayers. Some have considered it recommended, while others deem it an innovation (bid'ah) leading to detrimental effects, such as disturbing worshippers. They believe the ruler should prevent those who engage in it. As for the history of the loud recitation on Friday, it has not been precisely documented. However, it has been mentioned that the practice of sending blessings upon the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, before or after the adhan for prayers, began during the time of Al-Nasir Salah (definition) ad-Din Yusuf ibn Ayyub, and by his command.
