Is it permissible to recite the Quran aloud before the Friday prayer, and what is the Sunnah of the Prophet (peace be upon him) and his Companions regarding the times of raising the Adhan, with clarification of the first and second Adhan and the Sunnah of the pre-Jumu'ah prayer?

The Sunnah dictates two adhans for Jumu'ah, both of which are given after the time for Dhuhr prayer begins, according to the majority of scholars. The Hanbalis, however, hold a differing view. Raising the voice with reminders (Dhikr) and Quran recitation is an innovation that should be abandoned. Scholars have differed concerning the Sunnah prayer before Jumu'ah, and the preponderant opinion is that there is no regular Sunnah prayer for it.
