Question: How does one pray who wishes to perform the funeral prayer over more than one grave?

Praying over graves is permissible after burial, and it occurs in two situations: 1. If the graves are arranged in front of the worshipper facing the Qibla, it is sufficient to pray one prayer for all the occupants of these graves. 2. If the graves are scattered (some to his right and others to his left), then each grave has its own ruling, and a prayer is offered over each grave individually.

The worshipper should place the grave in front of him like a bier, standing at the head of the deceased if it is a male, and at the middle if it is a female.
