Is a divorce pronounced by the husband through disjointed text messages, "You are divorced, divorced, divorced," considered valid?

A man who leaves his wife in suspense, deprives her of her children, and enters into a romantic relationship with a foreign woman commits clear evils and injustice. Leaving a wife in suspense and depriving her of her marital rights or preventing her from divorce is forbidden (haram). Similarly, depriving either parent from seeing their children is forbidden. And establishing a romantic relationship with a foreign woman is forbidden (haram), and its prohibition is emphasized for a married man. The occurrence of divorce by innuendo (writing the divorce) depends on the husband's intention, and the phrase "You are divorced, divorced, divorced" effectuates a single divorce unless the husband intended three. To determine whether a divorce has occurred, the husband's intention must be known, and he should consult a reliable scholar or refer the matter to the Sharia court. Marriage in Islam aims for the stability of married life, good companionship, and the preservation of the rights of both parties, especially when there are children, to avoid harming them.
