Congregational prayer is an individual obligation. Efforts should be made to deliver the information [or teach the classes] at a time that does not cause one to miss it. If this is not possible, then one should seek a mosque where the congregational prayer is delayed, or pray it at home with one's family. If one is unable to pray in congregation at all due to this work, there is no sin upon him if he is in need of this work and performs the prayer within its prescribed time. However, if he is not in need of it, it is preferable to leave it and seek another job. If he remains in it, the matter is broad and there is no harm upon him.
