The answer

Horse racing is permissible, and it is permissible to award prizes for it, unlike betting on it, which is forbidden gambling. Dog racing is absolutely forbidden, whether for a prize or without, because it is a form of amusement, a frivolous act, and a waste of money. Furthermore, keeping dogs is only permissible for necessities allowed by Islamic law, such as hunting, guarding livestock, and farming. Keeping them for racing is forbidden and wasteful, in addition to thefact that the impurity of dogs is significant.

Therefore, if the company's fund contains only the money of horse racers, then there is no harm in managing it. However, if it includes the money of dog racers or money from bets on horse or dog races, then working in it is not permissible.
