How can those responsible for teaching Islamic education benefit from the modern technological revolution in Islamic education programs and curricula (Islamic Da'wah)?

A Muslim must be knowledgeable of the boundaries of what Allah has permitted and what He has forbidden. It is not obligatory for him to know everything that has been permitted to him; rather, it suffices for him to know what he usually needs. If he encounters something new, he should inquire about its ruling. It is obligatory for a Muslim to learn the individual obligations (furood al-ayan), for Allah Almighty has commanded His servants to seek knowledge from Him. Allah Almighty says: "So ask the people of the message if you do not know" [An-Nahl: 43].

If a person knows that something is permissible, then he suspects it is forbidden without evidence, he should not pay attention to that suspicion, because it is merely a whisper (waswasah), and it should not be heeded. Rather, he should continue to act upon the principle of permissibility until clear evidence for prohibition comes. Clear evidence is a text from the Quran or Sunnah, or the consensus of scholars, or sound analogical deduction (qiyas).

The solution is to learn what is obligatory for you in matters of your religion and not to pay any attention to the whispers of Satan, for Satan is keen to cause the Muslim hardship and misery. He is an enemy to mankind, as Allah Almighty says: "Indeed, Satan is an enemy to you; so take him as an enemy" [Fatir: 6].
