Is it permissible for a mother to buy land with her own money and divide it among the children who desire it, with the exclusion of those who do not desire it, with their consent?

A sensible mother has the freedom to dispose of her wealth through selling, buying, and gifting, and neither her children nor anyone else has the right to prevent her. She may buy land or anything else and gift it to whomever she wishes. However, it is religiously obligatory upon her to be just among her children in gifting, according to the preponderant opinion of scholars. If the mother intends to buy something and gift it to her children, she must be just among them and divide it equally. The refusal of some children to accept their share does not preclude the permissibility of the mother gifting to the rest.
