Is this ḥadīth sound?

"Bilal's 'seen' is 'sheen' in the sight of Allah Almighty" is a fabricated hadith with no basis. It has not been reported in any of the hadith books; rather, it became common among the general populace. Bilal was described as having a melodious, beautiful voice and eloquent speech.
