Is it permissible to designate a will for the distribution of wealth after death, such that the daughter's share is equal to that of the male children, especially if the expenses and duties of women in the country of residence are similar to those of men?

There is no difference in the distribution of inheritances between Islamic and non-Islamic lands. It is not permissible to bequeath the division of an inheritance contrary to the law of Allah, for wealth belongs to Allah. Allah has ordained for the male the like of the share of two females, and it is not valid to bequeath that the female's share be equal to the male's, claiming that the rights of women in non-Islamic countries are like those of men. The Muslim woman in non-Islamic lands does not differ in her rights and obligations from her counterpart in Islamic lands. It is obligatory to abide by the limits set by Allah in matters of inheritance and other affairs.
