The answer

There is no objection to publishing beneficial materials on mixed websites and applications, and their earnings are permissible unless they are through optional forbidden advertisements. The administrator taking a percentage for each member he brings in is not considered prohibited network marketing merely by that. However, soliciting donations for personal benefit is not permissible except for one in need, and what is taken by solicitation from one not in need is unlawful. A woman giving a gift to a non-mahram man and vice-versa is permissible unless a forbidden purpose is intended. Praise and commendation between men and women are permissible if they are truthful and no فتنة (temptation/strife) is feared from them; otherwise, it is disliked or prohibited to prevent the means to فتنة.
