If they demand retribution (qisas), then it is conditioned upon the possibility of achieving justice in the retribution and ensuring no transgression occurs, and this should be referred to specialists. If they demand blood money (diya) or compensation, the blood money for injuries varies: some have a predetermined blood money, while others have an equitable assessment determined by experts.
