Is it permissible for a woman to wear trousers with silicone inserts on the buttocks to enlarge their size?

A woman is permitted to wear tight clothing in front of her husband. However, it is forbidden for her to wear it in front of men, women, or male relatives due to the fitna (temptation/strife) it causes and the display of adornment. Such women are considered among "the clothed yet naked" mentioned in the Hadith.
