Are misdeeds multiplied in virtuous times and places, by analogy with the multiplication of good deeds therein?

Every evil deed a servant commits is recorded as a single evil deed. However, an evil deed may sometimes be magnified due to the sanctity of the time, such as the Sacred Months and the first ten days of Dhul-Hijjah, or the place, such as the Haram, or the doer, due to his status and proximity to Allah.
