Who purified Abraham (peace be upon him)?

Ibrahim (peace be upon him) was circumcised at the age of eighty years, using the Qadum. The Qadum, most likely, is the name of the instrument with which he was circumcised. It has not been reported who performed the circumcision for him, and knowing that would not yield significant benefit.
