Is it obligatory to wash the hand before inserting it into the water vessel during ghusl, if it touched the body while pouring the water and rubbing it?

The most cautious approach for someone intending to perform ghusl is to wash their hands outside the vessel. Once the impurity on them is removed, they can then scoop water from it with their hands, thus avoiding the opinion of those who say that used water is pure but not purifying. If one scoops water and rubs it on their body, they are not required to wash their hands before re-inserting them into the vessel unless there is an impurity on their body that has transferred to their hand.
