Is borrowing with usury due to difficult life circumstances and illness, then striving to repay the debt and repent, justifiable before Allah?

Borrowing with usury is one of the grave prohibitions, and it is not permissible to borrow with it to pay off debt except out of necessity. And whoever fears Allah and relies upon Him, He will provide for him from sources he could never imagine.
