Is a woman entitled to seek separation from her husband if she is displeased with his character, distressed by his actions, and fears for her religious commitment with him, and what should she do if the husband refuses to divorce?

If the suitor is ill-spoken of scholars, does not accept advice, is bad-mannered and ill-tempered, prone to many problems, and disobedient to his mother, then it is not advisable to continue with the marriage to him. If he is already dominating her while she is in her family's home, how will her situation be with him after marriage? Therefore, her desire to separate from him due to the corruption of his faith and character is a sound and correct decision, and may Allah compensate her with someone better than him.
