Is it permissible to adopt "Allah, the Homeland, Al-Hilal" as a motto for a sports club? Is it permissible to write "Allah, then so-and-so, then so-and-so" in the context of fanaticism? And is it permissible to associate the name of Allah with any of His creations?

You should avoid fanaticism for sports clubs, as it is a matter of Jaahiliyyah (ignorance). Also, the name Muhammad must be removed if written next to the name of Allah, as it may suggest shirk (associating partners with Allah). However, if it is written with the conjunction "then" (thumma), there is no harm in that.
