You should avoid fanaticism for sports clubs, as it is a matter of Jaahiliyyah (ignorance). Also, the name Muhammad must be removed if written next to the name of Allah, as it may suggest (associating partners with Allah). However, if it is written with the conjunction "then" (thumma), there is no harm in that.
