Is psychological capability considered a prerequisite for marriage?

It is recommended to maintain the obligatory prayers, increase the remembrance of Allah, recite the Quran, and strive to associate with righteous people. If the situation necessitates consulting mental health professionals, then they should be consulted. One who is financially and physically capable of marriage should not turn away from it. Marriage is obligatory for whoever fears falling into adultery by abandoning it. There is no need to fear oppressing the wife after marriage; rather, one must marry, put trust in Allah, and fear Allah concerning the wife's rights.
