It is not permissible to analyze intoxicants () and unlawful things, because this constitutes cooperation in sin and transgression, which is forbidden by the Almighty's saying: "And do not cooperate in sin and aggression." If you are ordered to do so, you must refuse, even if it leads to punishment or losing your job.
