How is the inheritance divided among: a father, a wife, three daughters, a maternal grandmother, three full brothers, four full sisters, six sons of a full brother, four full paternal uncles, and eight sons of a full paternal uncle?

The heirs who inherit are the father, the wife, the three daughters, and the paternal grandmother. The remaining (heirs) are excluded by the father, an exclusion of deprivation.

The father receives one-sixth, based on Allah's saying: "And for his parents, each of them one sixth of what he left if he had a child." The wife receives one-eighth, based on Allah's saying: "But if you have a child, then for them is one eighth of what you leave, after any bequest you [may have] made or debt." The daughters receive two-thirds, based on Allah's saying: "But if there are [only] daughters, two or more, for them is two thirds of what he left." The paternal grandmother receives one-sixth, based on the hadith of Buraydah and the consensus of scholars.

The inheritance is divided into 81 shares: the wife receives 9 shares, the father receives 12 shares, the paternal grandmother receives 12 shares, and the daughters receive 48 shares (16 shares for each daughter). The inquirer is advised to refer inheritance matters to the Sharia courts for investigation before distribution.
