Is it permissible for a girl to marry her maternal cousin, if her maternal grandmother is her father's half-sister?

If the girl's grandmother is the questioner's sister from the father's side, then it is not permissible for him to marry the girl, as she is considered one of the prohibited nieces (daughters of sisters). This is based on the Almighty's saying: "Prohibited to you are your mothers, your daughters, your sisters, your paternal aunts, your maternal aunts, the daughters of your brother, the daughters of your sister, your foster-mothers who suckled you, and your sisters through fosterage."
