Who inherits a deceased woman from the son of the son of a full paternal uncle (from both parents) who has two kinship ties, and the son of the son of a half paternal uncle (from the father's side) who has one kinship tie, according to the four schools of thought?

The non-full paternal uncle's son inherits all the money because he is closer to the deceased than the son of the son of the full paternal uncle's son. The rule in the inheritance of asabah bi al-nafs (agnatic heirs) is that if they are united in the category (paternal unclehood) but differ in degree, the one closer in degree is preferred, based on the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "Give the prescribed shares to those entitled to them; then whatever remains is for the closest male relative."
