How can one memorize the Holy Quran?

To memorize the Holy Quran, one must purify their intention for the sake of Allah, correct their pronunciation and recitation by listening to a proficient reciter, determine a daily memorization quota and repeat it melodically. Do not move on to new material before mastering the old, and stick to one copy of the Quran to focus the mental image. Understanding aids memorization but should not be solely relied upon, and do not move to a new surah until the previous one is completely mastered. Recite what you have memorized to a proficient memorizer, constantly review what you have memorized daily, and pay attention to similar-sounding verses. Seize the golden years of memorization (from 5 to 23 years old) when memory is at its peak.
