Are the recurrent marital problems with his wife, her constant rejection of him, her repeated demands for divorce and khulʿ, and her claim that she only married him to escape her family's home, due to a rural man's marriage to a Cairene woman, coupled with his kindness, peacefulness, and continuous compromises to please her, especially since he knows that her divorce would not be good for her or their children due to her illness and her hatred for her family?

If the husband fulfills his duties towards his wife, she is not permitted to seek a divorce from him, as the Prophet (peace be upon him) said: "Any woman who asks her husband for a divorce without a valid reason, the scent of Paradise will be forbidden to her." In this case, the husband is not obligated to divorce her. Rather, he may keep her and treat her as a disobedient wife (nashiz) until she returns to his obedience. If that is not possible, he can seek other legitimate means to satisfy her and bring her back to his obedience, in order to avoid divorce and its harms. As for what the questioner mentioned about divorcing his wife through khul' and then taking her back, if he means taking her back with a new contract and a guardian, then this is correct. Otherwise, it is not valid, because khul' is an irrevocable divorce.
