Is it permissible to shorten and combine prayers when spending three nights on a farm located 120 kilometers away from one's place of residence, knowing that there was a prior intention to stay?

Travel for a distance that permits shortening and combining prayers is allowed after leaving the city limits, provided that the travel is for an act of obedience or is permissible. If the intention is to stay in the destination for less than four days, then shortening and combining prayers is permissible. An exception to this is someone who has a wife residing in that place, as that place is considered his place of residence, not a travel destination.
