Is Rayhana bint Zayd among the Mothers of the Believers and the wives of the Prophet in Paradise, and what was her fate after his death and her return to her people?

The preponderant view among some scholars is that Rayhana bint Zayd was not a wife of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, but rather one of his slave women. She died during his lifetime and was buried in Al-Baqi'. It was also said: she was Safiyyah, and he freed her and married her, then divorced her and took her back. And it was said: rather, she was his slave woman and he engaged in intercourse with her through the right of ownership. Based on this, she is not among the Mothers of the Believers, according to His Almighty saying: {and his wives are their mothers}. As for her being among the people of Paradise, the principle is not to testify Paradise for a specific individual unless there is an authentic text.
