What is the ruling of Islamic law on marrying a young man while concealing the existence of a fistula that causes urine to exit from the vagina, and is that considered cheating and deception?

If the matter is minor and does not cause the husband aversion or harm, then there is no obligation to inform him. However, if it might cause him aversion, or if it leads to a state of impurity that can only be remedied after marriage, then it is obligatory to inform him.
