What is the correct Sharia stance regarding Dawah work in an environment where abominations and liberation are rampant, and is distributing a Ramadan basket considered a correct Dawah method in these circumstances?

The unrestricted mixing between foreign men and women, without شرعي (Sharia-compliant) controls, leads to corruption and the arousal of desires. Allah has commanded both sexes to lower their gaze. Therefore, one must abandon work in places that are not free from such corruptions, acting upon the principle of denunciation by the heart. As for inviting women to Islam, it is preferable for women to undertake this. If this is not feasible, then it is permissible for men to invite them, provided they adhere to the شرعي (Sharia-compliant) controls, such as lowering the gaze, refraining from shaking hands, and avoiding seclusion (خلوة). If one feels weakness or temptation in their heart, they must save themselves.
