Is it permissible to pray behind an Imam who abandons Friday prayer?

If it is confirmed that the Imam abandons the Friday prayer, then if it is due to a legitimate excuse, there is no sin upon him, and he must perform the Dhuhr prayer. However, if he abandons it intentionally out of negligence three times, then his heart will be sealed with the seal of hypocrisy. His imamate is valid because whoever's prayer is valid for himself, his imamate is valid for others. However, he should be advised and warned. It is preferable to pray behind someone else if possible.
