What is the ruling on working as a secretary in a media school, while adhering to Sharia guidelines, and does supervising a club for children who play video and media games fall under aiding in sin and aggression?

We have stated that a woman is prohibited from working as a secretary if her work entails unlawful mixing (ikhtilat), seclusion (khalwa), or immodest display (tabarruj). However, if she needs to work and safeguards her religion by not displaying herself immodestly, not secluding herself with a non-mahram man, not touching men, and adhering to the manners of Islam, then we see no impediment to her working as a secretary. As for her supervision of a children's club that includes video games and similar things, she must be careful not to cause or aid in the dissemination or propagation of anything that corrupts belief and morals. She should strive to spread good and prevent evil if she can; otherwise, she should endeavor to reduce and minimize it to the best of her ability.
